Be graduating from Dauphin Regional Secondary School during the 2023-24 school year.

Be accepted at a Canadian post secondary institution directly into engineering or agricultural science, or a related science program that is 4 years in duration.

Have made positive contributions to and demonstrated leadership in their school and community throughout their high school years while maintaining a high academic standing.
