As per government policy on the Guidelines on the Retention & Disposition of School Division/District Records, academic records for students Gr. 9-12 are only required to be kept for 30 years. Requests received for transcripts prior to this date (i.e. prior to 1993) are no longer located on our system and therefore will not be processed. You may try to contact Student Records at 1-833-227-1375 for your records.
