Applicants must provide 2 support letters for their application. One letter must be from a Friendship Centre in good standing in which you or your family are members of, and this letter must be signed by the Executive Director or the Board President of that Centre. The second letter must be from an MMF Regional Administrator or band council, depending on if the applicant is First Nations or Metis. If the applicant is non-status, then they can submit a support letter from either the MMF, a band council or local school.
