Teen Clinic has expanded their hours! They will be open every Monday 930am-3pm. They are located in Rm. 233. It is a safe, confidential, non-judgmental place
for youth to deal with all their health care needs.
Walk-ins welcome, no appointment necessary.
It is completely confidential. Staffed with their own Nurse Practitioner/ Nurses.

P/T Conferences will be modified. Conferences in our gym are cancelled. Teachers will contact home for students experiencing difficulty. Parents who want to meet/speak with their Teacher, please Email/call the teacher(s) requesting in-person or virtual conference.

DRCSS Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday April 20 (5pm-8pm) and Friday April 21 (9am-11am) in the DRCSS gym. No appointments needed.

DRCSS 2023-2024 Registration will take place August 29 and 30.
Aug. 29-9am-11:30am-Grade 12 and 1pm-3pm- Grade 11
Aug. 30-9am-11:30am-Grade 10 and 1pm-3pm Grade 9.
Student fees are $20 for the 2023-2024 school year.

The DRCSS is honoured to welcome Four Sacred Hearts on Wednesday April 26, 2023.
Four Scared Hearts is an Indigenous led group of four men who provide healing, learning and strive to bring spiritual solutions to youth. Their intention is to share personal stories and traditional teachings to our youth in the hope of preventing others from finding social and emotional connections through criminal and gang culture.
Four Scared Hearts will speak to their unique, yet all too common shared experience of poverty, youth justice, child welfare and a broken education. These are stories of hope, recovery and above all resiliency from a system that was designed to fail them.
I welcome the wisdom and perspective that these leaders have to offer our students and I’m hopeful that they will take this opportunity to imagine a life of meaningful community connection.

Student 2023-2024 schedules will be distributed Wednesday June 7 during Per. 3. If you are needing timetable changes you will need to follow the procedure.
