MHSAA Fishing Championship
The DRCSS Clippers participated in the ice fishing championship on Tuesday. The group of 20 anglers won the AA team category and angler Tristan Thompson won the individual walleye category with a 24.5" catch!
Clipper Hockey Team
The Clippers hockey team went into hostile territory last night and came away with a 9-4 victory in game 1 if the best of 3 WHSHL semi finals. Hayden Shtykalo Les the was with 3 goals. Julien Lopez and Josh Beyette each had a pair. Cody Zurba and Ethan Zalischuk added singles. Game 2 will be 8:30 Thursday at the CUP. Let’s pack the arena, make some noise and show them who the best fans in the league are.
Powerschool
The 2025-26 course selections will be happening soon. You will need to access your Powerschool. If you need a reset- please see Mrs. Balanyk in the office.
Lost and Found
The lost and found has too many found treasures! They will be donated March 20. Please stop by the office and take a look if you have lost something.
Gr. 10 11 Microsoft Team’s Page
A Teams page has been created for Grade 10 Students and for Grade 11 Students. Check the Team page for information about scholarships, Credit for Employment and High School Apprenticeship, and other information relevant to your grade. Information about the Music Camp (grade 10 and 11) and Horatio Alger Scholarships (grade 11) can be found on the Team by students.
Rugby
Any students wanting to play rugby this year can sign up in the office. Practices will be Monday and Wednesday 6-8 starting at the end of March.
DRCSS Travel Club Fundraiser
The travel club fundraiser has begun! If you love flowers, and love hanging baskets, this is the fundraiser for you! The 13” assorted flower hanging basket is beautiful. They will be ready for delivery in May. Baskets are $30 each. They make a great Mothers Day gift, and a great way to support the travel club! If you wish to order, please email [email protected] or see any travel club member or telephone the school 204-638-4629. Deadline to order is March 25.

Pays For A’s
Fusion Credit Union is currently promoting their “Pays for A’s” campaign where they will reward you $10 for every “A” on your final report card. You must be a Fusion Credit Union member to participate. Only grade 12 and 11 courses are eligible. Deadline to submit first semester final grades is March 31, 2026.
International Music Camp
Dauphin and District Community Foundation is offering scholarships to International Music Camp for the performing arts for grade 10 and 11 students. See Mr. Coombs, Mr. McIntyre, Mr. Si, or see Ms. Davies in the library for information. Applications are due to City Hall by March 31, 2026.
Gr. 11 Scholarship
