Criteria:
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Plan to enroll or are enrolled in one of the recognized and authorized Manitoba post-secondary institutions for the upcoming academic year in welding, supply chain, mill wright, CNC machining, machining, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Have completed a high school diploma or earned a GED
- Exhibit a strong commitment to pursue and complete a program that will lead to a career in manufacturing
- Individuals who intend to build a manufacturing career in Manitoba
