CRITERIA:
- Participate in interscholastic MHSAA recognized athletic programs during 2018-2019 academic year.
- Minimum average of seventy-five percent (75%) during the 2018-2019 academic year (please include transcript)
- Must be taking a full course load, with at least two (2) 40S level courses
- Graduate high school in 2019-2020 school year
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in athletics, academics as well as in school and community involvement
