- Graduating from Dauphin Regional Secondary School during the 2019-20 school year.
- Accepted at a Canadian post secondary institution directly into engineering or agricultural science, or a related science field.
- Have made positive contributions to and demonstrated leadership in their school and community throughout their high school years while maintaining a high academic standing.
