- Grade 12 students from Manitoba
- Pursuing a career directly related to working with persons with exceptionalities.
- Entering a full time education program in a Canadian institution.
OR
- Students with exceptional needs who are transitioning from high school to post-school life, such as post-secondary education, job training or employment.
- The winning students must demonstrate a ‘Yes I Can’ attitude
