If you received a copy of the Block 1 scholarships with the Chris Swintak Memorial Scholarship, please do not write a letter to apply for that scholarship. There will not be a place to upload a letter. It was not supposed to be included in this block.

Read through the instructions and each of the scholarship descriptions to identify the scholarships that you will apply for. Nothing will be uploaded to this assignment.

1. Upload one copy of your transcript to the assignment titled Transcript.
2. Upload one copy of your Personal Data Inventory to the assignment titled Personal Data
Inventory.
3. Upload one copy of your confirmation of application or conditional acceptance to the
assignment titled Confirmation of Application or Acceptance.
4. Upload only the scholarship letter to the assignment with the name of each scholarship that
you are applying for.
