CRITERIA
1.1. Must have an immediate family member (as per union contract Article 14.01) who is an
active member of CUPE Local 3305.
1.2. Must be entering a trade/apprenticeship (HSAP-High School Apprenticeship Program not
included) or post-secondary (colleges & universities).
1.3. Students who are deferring their post-secondary education for one year may apply the
following June after their graduation.
